first off some out there with a lot of money needs to step up.
what i mean is the violation of our first ammendment rights.
the anabolic steroid control act is an illegal law as well as an
abuse of the scheculing of drug classes. steroids are not a class 3
drug. to put them in with heroin is a disgrace and an outrage.
something needs to be done. look what oj simson did ,he killed two people and with good lawerys he won. a attorney who
specilizes in constitutioal law will know this. what you put in your body is no bussines of the government. remmeber proabitionary laws are the mother of organized crime. there is no reason why you can not go to a docter and have these given out.x czzzz

Removing controls over anabolic steroids won't win anyone any votes. There are too few people suffering because of silly steroid laws to make it a live issue.

In any case the general public have wierd ideas about steroids, so it's a no win situation.

I'm afraid that we are stuck with a political truth: Public opinion = dumb opinion.

While I think the classification is a joke, I honestly dont think just anyone should have access to them. Look at the questions we get here on a dialy basis, if anyone could run into the quickie mart and come out with a couple jugs a lot of people would be getting hurt.

Now, having said that, I think before any lawmakers will take changing things seriously a solution would have to be mapped out.

Here is just a rough idea of what I mean. Lets say someone were to outline an educational program and "license" (for lack of a better word) that would be attained by completing siad educational program. This license would only allow for personal consumption and possession of a given amount of AAS. Next in order to make the educational process appealing the penalties for AAS use without a license would have to be stricter. Now if a program were outlined and backing found we may change things but simply saying its wrong likely wont do much.
