I'm in a group of 3 Engineers.....I'm the "go to" guy, so hence "Lead". I'm actually a Project/Industrial Engineer. I DO NOT want a managers title....too much BS and not compensated for it.

I make machine thingies.

The thingies I make probably aid in the production of Ford transmission parts. We have quite a few customers in the Automotive, Aerospace, and Bearing sectors.
