Here it is .I'm in a knee brace in the day time .One that lets me bend it a little .At night one fron thigh to ankle.I'm still in the gym 4 day a week .but its Hit and miss with what I came do to min the pain .while working out.Taking time off is not an option for me .If I do I have such guilt .I'll drive my family nuts.I'm already gained 3lbs.
