To you 100mg ew'ers

What positive effects do you see on 100mg of Testosterone per week?

Libido increase just as good as when running 250mg or more?
Faster recovery in the gym, less sore that is?
Obviously not as good gains, but do you maintain lbm and make slower, natural speed gains?
Fat loss equivalent to when running higher amounts?

obviously you cannot answer these questions unless you've ran higher amounts before or cycled. I'm just trying to gauge the minimum hrt dose i should run so that when i bump the dose up to cycle, i have better effects. I want to eek by on the minimal amount possible to sustain

enhanced fat loss or make it tougher to put fat on
normal to slightly enhanced strength, lbm, and less sore gains.
 
I may not be the best person to assist in your exact question, but let me chip in anyway.

I have been on TRT for 6 weeks or so.
100 mg/week brought my testosterone to 550 on day 7 (morning before weekly injections which I do at night) Doc increased me to 150/wk. I have not yet had a follow-up on the dosage increase.

I have never done a cycle so I have nothing to compare it too. 150 seems really good though.

I have lost about 8 lbs in two weeks, since going to the 150 from 100. I also added an aggresive supplementation program including DHEA 50 mg/day. I can't say where exactly the weight loss comes from.

are you training also? maybe training more agressively without knowing, also if you do train you'll start to notice you might not get sore anymore. that's what im trying to find out about these dosings.
 
I am training, though not as hard as most here. Between work, home and studying, I try to fit everything in the best I can.

I lift 5 days a week (legs, arms, shoulders, back, chest respectively). I walk 2 miles most days during lunch and "try" to hit the rec center in the morning at least 2 times a week to swim and row. I really like to run and am a much better runner than bodybuilder but I have 2 bulging discs and a torn disc in my back - so running is out, as are squats and deadlifts.



My goals are to lose fat, gain muscle and strength and get healthy. Since on TRT, I have more energy and can complete my workouts without getting tired. My forearms have never been sore before, but are now sore all the time while doing curls - maybe because I am working harder with the biceps.

My wife says that I am finally getting some tone to my body and I am slowly increasing weights to my sets. I can now bench my body weight for multiple reps. This was a big goal for me.

Most importantly, my relationship with my wife has improved considerably. We do not fight and argue like we used to. My happiness level has gone up a whole lot.

I am 39 and have been on HRT for about a year. I have ran a few cycles in my years and To compare 500mgs a week to 100mgs a week, there's a big difference to me.
With a hrt dose after a cycle: 1. I keep gains much better. 2. My libido does not die, it just goes down a little. 3. I seem to stay leaner, but I use a dex at .5mgs twice a week. 4. I run no PCT after the cycle, I just taper the dose back down to HRT. 5. No crash if PCT goes bad. 6. Just feel better over all.

I'm most healthy with HRT. I'm more animal with cycles. I'm sticking with HRT.


does that mean your not cycling anymore?

when you say most healthy, does that mean you don't feel healthy on cycle?
