To workout or not to workout?

Here's the deal. Yesterday I felt a headcold coming on. Sneezing and runny ass nose. Today it feels much worse. I get winded walking up the damn stairs. I am on cycle and today is a workout day(chest, shoulders, and tris).I really hate to miss workouts. I feel like I should skip today and maybe go tomorrow if I feel better. Lets say I do that and I feel worse tomorrow and for a few more days. Then I'm fucked. Lets say I hit the gym, and have a shitty workout and end up making myself sicker from it. It's mostly sinuses and a headcold I think.

Any suggestions? I hate this shit!
 
The sneezing and headcold shit is not an issue with me. I'd usually work through something like that. But if you're feeling worse than yesterday and running out of gas going up the stairs....not a good sign. Taking a day to see how you feel is better than lifting while your bodies trying to fight an infection.
 
I think you should give me your gear, Ill do the workout, and tell you how it was.

I dont like to work out when sick imo, because like you said, when your sick, your weak and it makes me feel worse, but as long as it is a head cold, not like muscle aches or stomach and throat shit, I usually work out.

I am a lot stronger and bigger than you so my body might be able to handle more;)
 
Blow then wipe, as it is all over my face. Kinda like that glazed doughnut look you get after and evening at your "buddies" house.:rolleyes:
