Here's the deal. Yesterday I felt a headcold coming on. Sneezing and runny ass nose. Today it feels much worse. I get winded walking up the damn stairs. I am on cycle and today is a workout day(chest, shoulders, and tris).I really hate to miss workouts. I feel like I should skip today and maybe go tomorrow if I feel better. Lets say I do that and I feel worse tomorrow and for a few more days. Then I'm fucked. Lets say I hit the gym, and have a shitty workout and end up making myself sicker from it. It's mostly sinuses and a headcold I think.
Any suggestions? I hate this shit!
