To use or not to use - AI

Hi guys

Jus wanting different peoples views. Do you tend to use your AI and anti e's as and when needed or just throughout the whole cycle?

PLease vote what you do and give some comments. Juat to say. . i havnt been around this site for long and i hope im not pissing everyone off too much. . but i have to say i do love this site!!

atleast keep one on hand bro. Excess water retention is also unhealthy besides making you looked bloated and giving you gyno.

I use very low dose cycles (i.e. 250-350 mg test/week) -- so keep this in mind first.

I used to do Armidex at 0.5 mg EoD starting week 3 (I use MD supervised cycles too, so it was prescribed). Well, last cycle I eliminated it completely and noticed my face was a little swolen but that was the only effect. So under the "less is more" mentality, I'll probably hold-off using them next cycle too.

I tried the "use it as needed" theory once and it f-d me royally.... the one time I tried not running an I from the start and I got gyno... will everyone have this same experience? Maybe not... but why risk it? I feel a very low dosage throughout is a wise choice.

It really comes down to the compounds your running..

last cycle i didn't use one , was on test/deca/ , didn't get gyno but got sensitive nipples, this time wil be using 0.25mgs adex eod, better to be safe than sorry, best gyno cure is prevention

Both really. I don't take a usual dose of adex .5mg eod like many do. If I feel anything "funny" going on I will take adex & nolva ed for a week straight and it clears it right up. I am very "reactive" and aggressive in this manner.

cheers 8and20 sound advice as usual! just finishing up my diet plan. . . then going to start thinking about preparing a cycle. . still not quite there yet tho

Keeping in line with what several previous posters said... get it and use if needed. Some people get bloating or gyno really easily, others rarely or never do. If you're in the "rarely" group, why add another chem to your body if you don't have to? Just be very aware of any gyno signs, so you can treat ASAP.
