i was browsing around and came across this article on bulking up. many people, myself included, complain about not gaining weight, because we are trying to stay lean and bulk at the same time, hence the "lean bulk". what i have learned is that, if you eat clean all year round, you are really cutting yourself short from more gains, save the diet foods for the spring and summer time.
