To The Members...

I just want everyone to realize that every good person who has spent hours upon hours trying to better this site has became frustrated at one point or another in their life with it...and has said 'goodbye, I can't take it anymore'.

I beg of you...stay.

To the Mods and Admins...please do not BAN or delete any accounts. I encourage you to, in good faith, keep the accounts active and contact old members to at least say hello. It isn't 'DRAMA'...it is just someone putting their heart into this site and being upset at either the direction that the board is going or at a few members here.

A MOD who takes 3 minutes out of their busy day of posting on this site could make a difference in one member's life...IF they would just take those 3 minutes. A simple act of kindness, good-faith, respect, and care...could go a long way. Send a PM. Send an Email. Offer a phone call. I, as a member/mentor...have done all THREE before and I am sure that I will again. I have made a difference...I challenge you to do the same.

Agreed.....We have been past due for a mod, I cant quite understand why this forum has went so long without one.

While many of us have our names directly attached to forums, most of us have authority in all forums. Personally I have had a very busy fall with a new job, new wife etc so have not been able to commit the time to EF that I had in the past. Of the fourms I frequent, the training board is one of the most mature and self sufficient and likely one reason there has not been a lot of mod presence since the mass exodus we recently faced. I for one, will make a concerted effort to swing by this forum more often but if anyone feels a thread needs to be adderessed please feel free to shoot me a PM (please enclose link to thread in question if there is one).

Out of the members on the board, I really have alot of respect for Clint. Not only is the guy physically impressive (there are alot of bros like that here), but he is helpful, friendly and I have never seen him bash anyone or start a flame fest. He is an all around good bro, and just felt like saying it. Good post Clint.
