to SPLIT or NOT to SPLIT ??????

I'm gonna be starting 50mg winny tabs soon. Ive yet to try the tabs and was just gonna chew the whole tab in the morning, until i got into an argument with someone about splitting it up. this guy is telling me that he splits his 10mg tabs up, not too sure what this guy is thinking, thats a lot of pill splitting, but anyway, it got me thinking whether i should be splitting the 50mg tab up throughout the day. your thoughts?

i really dont think you should have to split it up, it should last in your body for a little over a day.
