Pretty basic:

4 sets flat dumbell press
4 sets incline press Machine or Barbell
4 sets peckdeck, higher grip to hit the upper chest harder.

Sometimes I'll replace the pec dec with the "Wide Chest" Hammer Strength Machine.

I never "max out"... for one, my shoulder wouldn't let me... and for two, I prefer reps at the 4 or more range.

Most sets hit around the 6-10 range. All with perfect form.

But I really promise my arms are bigger than that.
