To do with fina

Are you using this as the solvent to break down your Fina pellets? If so, I use Everclear (alchohol). Works fine for me. Buy it at the liquor store. Drink the rest at the end of the cycle to celebrate your new body. 
Everclear would work, but its not available in every state. Everclear is a name brand 95% alc. You can also get "Grain Alcohol" or "Grain Spirits" which are the same thing.
Alpha Lipolic Acid (ALA) was orignally added to Creatine/Dextrose supplements as it was claimed to increase insulin sensitivity. However, at higher dosages .7-3.5g daily, it provides other extensive benefits such as Liver protection, Anti-oxidant properties, etc. Search some more b/c there is a great article floating around on here that is really long and has lots of great info on ALA.
