To bulk or cut (cycles) that is the question (perscribe me)

I am in a pickle of which cycle to use next and i am asking for your suggestions...

First a background of myself...

I have used anabolics a couple of years ago and was extremely good health and shape.Probably at my peak i was 185 lbs, 13% bodyfat, standing 5'7. Somewhere along the line i started to let myself go. I started drinking too much smoking and using drugs.Well recently i decided i needed a lifestyle change. I made a bet with a guy from work who could add the most lean mass while getting slim in 6 weeks.

May 16th i got my measurments... 24years old 5'7 145lbs 18.1% bodyfat (awful i know) So, It began.. I quit smoking cold turkey, started a extremely strict and clean diet (I never cheated) ,stopped using drugs, and drank alcohol only twice during the 6 week duration. Oh, and I was taking 250mg test cyp every 5 days with 250mg deca every other week. At the end of the 6 weeks (june 16) i weighed 155lbs went to 10.5% bf. arm went to 11 1/2" to 14". waist 34 1/2" to 31 1/2"

Now after this i decided i would try to stay anabolic and try to bulk while doing my pc therapy (used cloimd) I loosened up on my diet and increased calories.I havent been happy with my results since then. I am now 160lbs 13%bf. Which bring me to my question...

I want to gain more size, but i wouldnt feel comfortable going any higher than the 13%bf i am at now. I feel i am still to undersized to just cut but dont want any more fat... To cut , To bulk, or both?

I am torn between stacking test ethan and dbol or winny and clen, i am open to someting else completely (maybe GH?)

Good job man... I pissed a LOT of weight away on blow, e, and partying... those two drugs are BRUTAL... because they:

A) Make you NOT eat
B) Make you NOT sleep

The two main components in growth, and achiving goals... I now spend the money I spent on that shit on food, and "good" drugs *lol*... however... moderation is the key...

May I suggest something... and this is entirely up to you.. but you may want to just eat well, and train hard for a bit.. like 6 months... get in REALLY good cardio shape... make sure you've gone beyond the point of relapse, then hit up a cycle... If you can do it up proper, then do it... I personally couldn't though... shitty will I guess... all in moderation doesn't really work for me... however I seem to have control when juicing.. which is great..

Good to hear you're making positive lifestyle changes... Props for quittin' the shit, and havin' the ballz to admit it.... Green comin' atcha..

bulk twice, cut once. repeat if you like.

you could do a clean bulker. keep fats low,carbs moderate and protein high. adjust total calories as needed.what do you have to use with your next cycle? what type of routine are you on with your training?
 
Ya coke and E will do it allright now weed thats a bulkers dream..If I was you I would bulk up first...

Well thats sorta what im asking i can get whatever i want for my next cycle but im just trying to figure out which way to go. Routine? For most exercises i lift as heavy as i can for moderate reps mostly pyramid, 5 days a week. I actually dont even have a routine anymore im just listening to my body and training when im itching to get into the gym and skipping it when im not feeling it.

Im in good cardiovascular shape, i do valet 6 days a week for the last 2 years. so i do little to no cardio in the gym. Its sad, a couple of months ago i would stay up all night on the weekends doing blow, sleep a couple of hours then get up and run around for a couple hours. It literally stripped all the muscle off me.

I feel and look like a whole different person right now. I will post before and after pics if im able in a couple of weeks.
