I am in a pickle of which cycle to use next and i am asking for your suggestions...
First a background of myself...
I have used anabolics a couple of years ago and was extremely good health and shape.Probably at my peak i was 185 lbs, 13% bodyfat, standing 5'7. Somewhere along the line i started to let myself go. I started drinking too much smoking and using drugs.Well recently i decided i needed a lifestyle change. I made a bet with a guy from work who could add the most lean mass while getting slim in 6 weeks.
May 16th i got my measurments... 24years old 5'7 145lbs 18.1% bodyfat (awful i know) So, It began.. I quit smoking cold turkey, started a extremely strict and clean diet (I never cheated) ,stopped using drugs, and drank alcohol only twice during the 6 week duration. Oh, and I was taking 250mg test cyp every 5 days with 250mg deca every other week. At the end of the 6 weeks (june 16) i weighed 155lbs went to 10.5% bf. arm went to 11 1/2" to 14". waist 34 1/2" to 31 1/2"
Now after this i decided i would try to stay anabolic and try to bulk while doing my pc therapy (used cloimd) I loosened up on my diet and increased calories.I havent been happy with my results since then. I am now 160lbs 13%bf. Which bring me to my question...
I want to gain more size, but i wouldnt feel comfortable going any higher than the 13%bf i am at now. I feel i am still to undersized to just cut but dont want any more fat... To cut , To bulk, or both?
I am torn between stacking test ethan and dbol or winny and clen, i am open to someting else completely (maybe GH?)
