In the past I have had TERRIBLE problems with taking whey shakes. I tried every brand, flavor, lack of flavor, used water to mix, and etc. No matter what it always causes terrible gas, stomach problems, and bad bloating. I was talking to a friend and he got me to try some goat whey. It is 100% lactose free and is great for LEAN gains. I just wanted to share this with people who did not know about this. It really changed my diet a ton. even if you dont' have lactose problems and want a "cleaner" shake, give it a try.
