Three words....

"Get A Life."

I know most all of you are just "doing your job." Some of you probably think you could be doing more worthwhile criminal investigations than this, but hey, why don't you consider some real facts....

9/11 happened in great part because prior administrations didn't think terrorism was a big issue. Agents and higher authorities that expressed that concern were often "reassigned" because it ran contrary to the popular theory of what was important. We decided to treat terrorism like a crime where it's only an issue after the first offense. Nice move. Billions of $$$ lost. Thousands of lives cost. Thousands more forever changed for the worse. Don't buy it? Read Breakdown. It documents how the FBI, CIA, and others dropped the ball from Regan to today, making people like Bin Laden able to pull off what they did.

The only reason AS is illegal is because some holier-than-though powerbrokers with an agenda made them illegal. Well, actually, you can use AS with a doctor's prescription, but the AMA rigged the affair so that any doctor who tries to prescribe AS will be scrutinized and likely loose his license to practice--effectively forcing people who are determined to reap the benefits of AS to go underground to obtain and use them.

If you want to make the nation "safer," get things changed. Unlock the medical profession so AS users can just get it from their doctors without any hassle or retaliation. Stop being hypocrites on drug use (as law enforcement officers are some of the most notorious users--seeking an edge in their profession as they grow older against younger and stronger criminals). Ask yourself how AS is a threat to the security of the United States. I don't recall ever seeing a criminal act linked to the need to support the usage of AS.

As we get ready to invade Iraq, the threat to national security from terrorists is only going to increase. Pour your efforts into the area that will do the most good for our nation--not the pursuit and harrassment of people whose only "crime" is to want to grow into being the best they can be.

Rant over....

If it were up to me, the use of AAS would not be outrightly illegal for all but perscription users. However, the simple truth is that they are illegal.

The"FEDS" are very simply doing their job. None of the law enforcement employees who may be working at such a level where they view or monitor this board are "holier-than-though powerbrokers with an agenda <that> made <AAS> illegal." They do not make law. They do not decide what law to enforce or what law to ignore. They do not and cannot work to "get things changed" regarding law and policy. They simply work to enforce laws.

Could they be doing something more worthy? This depends on how you look at it. Are their more important issues in the criminal world? Of Course. Would blinding law enforcemet to anything other than terrorist matters be a good idea? No.

Ask yourself how AS is a threat to the security of the United States. I don't recall ever seeing a criminal act linked to the need to support the usage of AS.
Where do you think black market steroids come from? Do you think every amp and pill was simply bought innocently in a country where it is legal to do so and sold because the given dealer is a nice guy trying to make an extra buck or two while providing a friendly service. You ever stop to think about mafia involvment in black market steroids? Did you ever stop to think that organizers of steroid smuggling may have their hands into other forms of drug smuggling as well? Do you see possible security issues there?

Look, I don't mean to offend anyone. The laws have made it into a very bad situation for those who may wish to use AAS. If you want to change it, ridiculing those at the enforcement level is not the way to go about it.

I say then fucking make illegal to have cosmetic surgery. Botox and all the other shit injection. Steriods is just a way of enhacing your body & looks.

This should be deleted, you are just gonna piss someone off with this potentially dangerous thread. They are merely doing their job, if you ignored your responsibilities as an employee you would be putting your job at risk, do you think that these people do not have families to support? We all have the right to express our feelings, but some things just do not need to be talked about in the public eye.

the point is he's bitching and doing nothing about like many other post reguarding "there are more real shit that the FEDS should being doing". they all a bunch of whiners. of course there are more important things for the government to be doing than busting some people for steroids. i guess your dumb ass has not watching TV for the past yr. the FEDS are on this 9-11 like no others cases. how many times had you been reading posts about the mails being scrutinized and real slowwwww. maybe everyone is working their ass off to protect you and your family from getting blown up.
so you are saying that the government should not even bust people for doing less crimes than the 9-11 case. you realize that steroid is illegal in the U.S right?everyone has opnion on this but IT IS THE LAW. if this is your urguement then the government shouldn't even paying attention to enforcing any simple criminal acts and just focusing on 9-11. this country would be mess.

GROW UP.
