.......I'm trying to stock up all the hair garbage in hopes of maintaing the most hair possible during my Test/EQ cycle. I already have Nizoral 2% and topical spiro, is there anything else that I should throw in here to help with this Test?EQ cycle??
you should be fine with the nizoral & spiro. But you might want to throw in some saw palmetto extract from gNC. Do a search on it and see if you'll want it.
BTW, the best time to rub the spiro is at night time after washing your hair.
