TKD to SKD alternating?

For a week I've been doing a SKD most days and TKD (on training days ONLY IF I feel weak), Is this okay? I don't want to do a CKD in fear of spillover on carb-up days. Are smarties or sweet tarts post-workouts good?

In my experience, you can stay in ketosis while including small sugar candies during and directly after a workout, for energy and muscle growth/mat. I would use ALA to help guide the carbs into your muscles. Also, I would avoid fructose, and stick with simple sugars like the candies you mentioned. Perhaps the gurus can be of more help.
