TKD or CKD For MAXIMUM FAT-LOSS

I am probably going to be doing a TKD for optimal fat-loss starting tomorrow- November 1, 2001. I cant decide whether or not I should do a CKD or a TKD... its an extremely tough decision. I am kinda thinking a TKD so that way I wont have to worry about fat spilling over during the 24-36 hour carb-up binge session...

CKD or TKD- to lose fat QUICKEST...

With a CKD its basically a ketogenic Atkin's diet with 40-50g high-glycemic carbs preworkout am I correct?
 
atkins is for people who don't workout-that is why he says you can get away with only eating 20g or less carbs a day-If you lift, go with the metabolic diet or body opus

Not true :)

The initial 20 grams a day is meant to be done for 2 weeks and is designed to jump start your body and bust your water weight. Go read the book and the website, theres whole sections on how cruicial exercise is to weight loss and diet. The Atkins Diet itself calls for 40-100 grams of carbs a day.

Atkins starts off so hard core because it is designed for maximum weight loss. If your body can't handle it, then fine, pick another diet. However, you can stay on 20 grams of carbs a day for as long as you feel healthy doing it. I've been on it for over 4 months, i exercise 3-4 times a week, and i've put on muscle as well :)
