I'm going crazy trying to work all the numbers out.
I have worked out these ratios below, but if someone can give me a meal plan for 1 day, I would appreciate it. I want to start ASAP, I hope the numbers I worked out can help you all who didn't get this far. I'm going crazy!!
BMR (200lbs x 12) = 2400 cals a day
Day 1 : 2040 cals fat
360 cals protein
Day 2 : 2040 cals fat
360 cals protein
Day 3 : 1560 cals fat
840 cals protein
Day 4 : 1440 cals fat
960 cals protein
Day 5 : 1440 cals fat
960 cals protein
Day 6 : 720 cals fat
1680 cals protein
I will consume 50g carbs on days I workout.
