Tired While On

I recently started my first test based cycle. 250mg of cyprionate e/w with 300mg deca e/w. During my workouts ive been tired and lose strength very fast. I go from feeling like superman to feeling tired in like 2 minutes. I know the stuffs real because my erection this moring ressembled something out of the incredible hulk ;). My pre workout meal consists of Storm, Shock Therapy, and Beta Alanine. Any insite would be greatly appreciated. And i guess its worth mentioning ive only been on for about 8 days.
 
I'm also on a Test and Deca cycle.

Your Test dose needs to be higher than your Deca to avoid some sides like deca dick. I don't think this is the cause of you being tired.
During my first week I was also tired all day long and I was actually dreading going to the gym.
I changed my diet because all carbs make me sleepy> I would eat a bowl of oatmeal in the morning and I would be ready to fall asleep driving to work. Now I just eat all protein so I don't spike my insulin levels.

Try adjusting your diet and see if that helps.

Welcome to EF. Give us some stats so we can help you out. (age, weight, years lifting, BF%) You should also run your Test dose higher than deca, I am not saying to lower deca but to raise test. I to am on a test deca cycle and when i am in the gym I am like a fucking SASQATCH..... But when I get home sheet its time for the zzzzzzzzzzz I sleep like 10+ hours a day right now. As for the morning wood I agree thats a good sign but being tired at the gym??? Something ain't right Give us details on diet too!!
 
Ok so i basically have been working out earlier than normal, and eating pure carb oriented meals throughout the day before workout time. (oatmeal, grits, pancakes) And as for the test and deca, I was under the impression that any amount of test taken during a cycle that includes deca was needed to avoid supression although I was unaware that the test need be higher than the deca, is that what your saying? I hope not because as of now i only have what im taking and dont have sufficient funds for more test :(. Also i weigh 180, 5 11, and bf is 9%. Maybe its also worth mentioning that im in the midst of rehabilitating a fully ruptured pec (been 4 months) and the other day i was deadlifting and felt a twing in my chest then lost all my deadlifting strength. Could i just be feeling like a pussy knowing im injured?
 
your metabolism is trying to play catch up. all of a sudden your muscles are robbing you of all your blood sugar so your body hasn't started to catch up yet.

this is good b/c your muscles are soaking up all that protein and carbs for anabolic purposes, it's bad because your brain is now on a diet. once your central nervous system and hormones adapt to the gear you'll be okay.

but a quick fix is like that dude above me said, eat low GI carbs and avoid insulin spikes, your body's insulin production is way up so you store nutrients very quickly.
 
i feel run down and tired while on deca,hgh or tren...if i use test and say masteron im tweaked out and ready to go all day
 
What is your blood pressure???? if your bp is high you will feel tired and run down, you say at the gym it gets worse after a few mins. that leads me to think your bp is high and for obvious reasons gets even higher while lifting hence tired and worn out...
check your bp and let us know brother...

careful of this man, although i read deca is great for healing from my limited experience with juice i can say it'll make you strong as hell real quick and i would be careful with injuries and pushing them too hard.

are you getting enough sleep?
 
Thanks alot guys I appreciate all the opinions. And just fyi, my bp is fairly normal (122 over 77) with a hear rate of 65. Also a couple days ago I was expiriencing minior headaches, which happens sometimes when I gain weight quickly. And as for my sleeping patterns, I have been getting a good amount of sleep although the time at which I actually go to sleep is eratic and varies greatly from day to day.
 
when i was on my first cycle of test i would get extremely tired after working out & i would feel like shit & would have to goto sleep. but that only lasted for a cpl weeks.

Here is your answer.

In a nutshell, remember when you were a teenager and got the rush of hormones at puberty and all you wanted to do is sleep and nap all the time? Same thing here.

absolutely true. would agree with this. also know that d-bol at decent doses will make you feel that way as well.
 
hmm could be many things however in this case its your ratio of Test to Deca

Test should always be run 2 or 3 times Higher then Deca ie 400 mgs Test and 200 mgs Deca or 500 mgs Test to 250 mgs deca ( something like that)

also in the case that either proges and or Estro levels are high a light dose or Aromasin would ameliorate that issue too.

so Lethargy in this case is for 2 reasons
A the ratio of your stack
B lingering Proges and E being too high.
