drinking flax is much more potent and pure...

the pills are formulated slightly different and suppossedly don't hold their chemical structure as well...

these omega 3s, 6s and 9's are so important...

they can't be digested but they bond to your other fat and drag it out of your body!

I have been taking flax in pill form----whats the difference from drinking it?

I agree, I take the pill too. I think it is the same.
