Tingling in right arm

Yeah, it's a minor impingement of a nerve - probably!

Possibly you have inflamation in you neck, upper back or where the tissues pass through the shoulder joint. I'm 27 and had it a few times so, it's not an age thing. You may have a bone slightly out of place beacuase of a minor acute injury, or because of tight muscles, or because of incorrect form carried out for extended periods, or because of bad posture - or a cobination of it all. A bone is probably just held a few mm wrong by a tight muscle or inflamed ligament/tendon, and is therefore touching a nerve.

NOT something tp lose sleep over, but get a chiro, sport therapist (like an ART specialist), osteopath, or similar to analyse the problem and hopefully get you back in shape. Should take absolutely no more than 3 x 20-30min treatments.
