I don't know if its too late, but, its definitely not optimal. With fast acting like prop, you want to run it the last 2 weeks of the cycle. You hit the last HCG shot the same day you hit your last prop shot. Then 3 days after you start clomid. Thus the advantage of using short-acting, you can jump right on clomid. The issue with running it 2-3 weeks after is, HCG is suppressive itself. Don't get me wrong, it has always helped raise my test levels no matter when I ran it, but, I don't know if it extends recovery time or not. So, if you recover easily and are running clomid or nolvadex now, you may not need the HCG. If you are crashing from the cycle and have difficulity with recovery, you should consider running it and staying on clomid or nolv 2-3 weeks after your 2 weeks of HCG.
