timing of doses please help

Can you let me know the best time to take var, ie with its half life of 8hrs. I am going to take 40mgs per day. How is it best to split these up....

you're going to get different answers from different people on this issue. Some will say to take it all at once and some will say to split it up 20mg in the am and 20mg in the pm all depending on their own personal experience with orals.

Personally I've never used var, but I usually split up my orals throughout the day.

if there 5mg take 4 tabs at 9am and 4 tabs at 5pm
