timing of creatine

two scenarios...

if I work out first thing in the morning... when should I take creatine?

if I work out in the evening... then what would be the best time to take my creatine?
 
bro take it right when you wake up, then again in your postworkout shake. I've always done better taking it twice a day versus 1 dose for maintenance.
At night same scenario, take before a workout and w/ post shake.
 
how much should be taken each time...?

someone suggested 5 grams a day... so that should be broken up into 2.5 grams twice a day
 
A dose in the morning
A dose post-workout works best, preferably 15min apart from the shake.

To get the most out of creatine.
Load with 5g 3x/day (15g) - 10days, followed by 5g 2x/day (10g) as maintinence for the rest of the cycle.
