Time is the worst thing I can think of right now.

The time it takes me to finish this 10 page paper due by Friday night.

The time it takes for me to finish my 350 page paper by Dec 1.

Time. Just having to wait out school so I can graduate.

Time. For the rest of my life to begin.

Time. The difference in age and experience between me and every single person that I know.

Time. The thing that is taking my dogs life from him.

Time. What is keeping me from my dreams.

Time. The only thing I have to give right now to anyone.

Time. The only thing that I really do not have enough of.

Time. The thing that I want to pass.

Time. When I have to pay anouther bill.

Time. That thing that love never fails to show me.

Time. Does it really heal all things? I think not. Time is what makes being a nice person, a bad thing.

I can understand where you are coming from brotha. But being a nice person is never a bad thing. It is its own reward. However, when you are sorrounded by people that would take advantage of your good nature...then it can be rough. Believe me I KNOW

Aaahh yes...but they have to want to change for themselves...not for you. Having said that, you have to give each person the benefit of the doubt...give them a clean slate, as it were, to start with. Of course that makes it easier for them to hurt you if you let your defenses down

I guess I would rather be a optimist and a fool, than a pessimist and right .

I know where you are coming from buddy. Time just lets you feel all the pain in your life and the lives of those you care about. It sucks being the nice guy sometimes but don't change that. Soon or later you will get back the good that you have put out. Unforetuneately it takes time to realize the most important things in your life are those that time has no meaning for.

I trudge through every damn day of my existence with the ideal that some day I will get rewarded for all the good things I have done. Believe me as you know the hardest thing is to not let this world change you. I do my best to stand fast and be rock steady but it gets harder all the time. I see people wasting their time doing mindless things and not thinking about the big picture. Then again I think I just grew old way before my time. Just wait a little while more and the good will come to you. If you don't then you will crumble and fall into the sea. Remember don't regret the things you have done or the people you have known. Only regret the things you didn't do that could have helped someone else out a little more.
