Time to get ripped

i know a lot of people are looking for ways to get ripped as hell for the summer being just around the corner. I am looking for a new way to train and to start taking supplements (no juice kidneys can't handle it) I was wondering if anyone knows of any good training routines w/diet that would be able to help me shred up in 3 half months. Right know i wanna say i am 6' tall and weigh about 230 punds with about 10 - 11% body fat i at least want to get down to 5-6%body fat. can anyone help me?
 
Ya might get a better response on teh diet board, might want to try on there too. But to answer, I like eca stack. has always helped with me. but then again doesn't take much for me to lose weight. as for exercise, stairclimber by far. don't pussy foot it either. burns more caloried than jogging. for for an hour and a half, gurantee ass will be sore next day.
