i know a lot of people are looking for ways to get ripped as hell for the summer being just around the corner. I am looking for a new way to train and to start taking supplements (no juice kidneys can't handle it) I was wondering if anyone knows of any good training routines w/diet that would be able to help me shred up in 3 half months. Right know i wanna say i am 6' tall and weigh about 230 punds with about 10 - 11% body fat i at least want to get down to 5-6%body fat. can anyone help me?
