Time to change what to switch to?

i am currently doing one bodypart a day with many sets to faliure. i have made some good gains but i have been doing this for a while and feel it is time for something new. My goal is to put on lean mass , i am not really concerned on getting big fast, rather go slow and min. fat gain. i was thinking about hst Has anyone had good results on this. or what is another good plan

One bodypart a day with many sets to failure?? That seems pretty rough on the body, how did you honestly handle it?

Change is always good and you got the right idea going there with wanting to try something new. Keep your body guessing as it adapts fairly quickly.

There are many routines on this board, from 5x5 to Doggcrapp to Westside training. There is a sticky I believe at the top of the page that outlines each routine.

If not that then simply try a different volume. If you did high volume lighter weight, do low volume heavy weight. Whatever you are doing now do the opposite. Also, since you worked one bodypart per day, maybe try a different split, say 3 days/week split 2 bodyparts per workout. Just throw a wrench at your body and mix it up.
