Time to build a more fuel efficient body.

Yep you heard me...I dont want to get any bigger any more. I want to build speed and endurance and be able to use my oxygen more efficiently. I dont care how big my legs are, I just want to be able to use them more efficiently, I dont care how big my biceps are, I just want to be able to use them more efficiently...ect..ect.

Power cleans

Box Squats (wide)

Medicine Ball Upper Pylo
2x10 see vid

Flat bench
135x3x10 this was hard after the Pylos

Push Press
135x3x3

Lat Pull down (yep....I got a pully now)
180x3x10

Seated Cable Rows
180x3x10

Tricep Push Down
90x3x15

MB ab work (see vids)

I havent felt like this since High School...And after seeing a 40 yr old man whip a 28 yr old gives me hella confidence!!!!

I feel you man. When you come ot NY I have a buddy I work with @ the bar who used to be a UFC competitor. You guys willhave a lot of fun. He's 6-5 300 and quicker than me rofl
