Yep you heard me...I dont want to get any bigger any more. I want to build speed and endurance and be able to use my oxygen more efficiently. I dont care how big my legs are, I just want to be able to use them more efficiently, I dont care how big my biceps are, I just want to be able to use them more efficiently...ect..ect.

Medicine Ball Upper Pylo

Flat bench
135x3x10 this was hard after the Pylos
Push Press

Lat Pull down (yep....I got a pully now)

Seated Cable Rows

Tricep Push Down

MB ab work (see vids)
I havent felt like this since High School...And after seeing a 40 yr old man whip a 28 yr old gives me hella confidence!!!!
