but I need some ideas for how to get it in. I can't get to the gym until after work and there isn't a gym close to my work that I can go to on my lunch hour. I thought about getting up earlier in the morning and running but the problem with that is I have two little ones and no SO to stay and watch them just in case something happens. They would be sleeping still but I don't think that would be too safe. So I'm looking for ideas to get in my second 30 minute cardio session before the competition in April....IT"S CRUNCH TIME!
