Time on = time off...difference with long acting and short acting AAS

Play it safe everyone is telling me, but the negative effect/damage on the body, will not come 5 minutes afer injecting something like Deca. So how long would it take me to get negative effects on the body with a long acting steroid like deca compared to a short one like test prop.

The one "rule" out there is time on = time off. If you do a 8 week cycle, then take at least 8 weeks off before stepping on a new one. But how is it with long acting steroids. For me it seems like they would be safer, or should I say "more safe", when it comes to stepping on earlier. Example:
If I do a cycle with sust and something else for 8 weeks I would wait at least 8 weeks before step on something like for example an Prop/winny cycle. The prop and winny "kicks" very fast compared to something like Deca or EQ. But how about If I stepped on a deca cycle? I would not really get the positive/negative effects on the body from the deca until week 4-5 compared to the prop and winny that I might get the positive/negative effect from in week 2-3. Would this mean that it would be more "ok" to step on a cycle a little earlier when you do a long acting steroid like Deca, compared to a cycle with something short acting.

If your previous cycle had say deca or sust (or anything long acting) for say 10 weeks. Well these drugs should still be considered "active" in your body for atleast 3 more weeks, so really your 10 week cycle should be considered more like 13 weeks. I never consider time off until clomid has been started. This is why some guys will run a test like cyp. for 7-8 wks, then finish with prop the last 3 and clomid starts right after, as this would technically make you on for less time.

it wouldn't work like that. the time on=time off rule is to give your receptors a break, to make sure your balls keep functioning for as long as possible. with short and fast acting esters, the levels after a short time after your cycle they will be negligble (because it is an exponetial decay). lesson: stay smart. stay time off as much or more than you spend on.

Ok, thanks. But still, if you finish a 8 week cycle with long acting steroids, then wait 6 weeks, wouldn't it be "safer" stepping on a long acting steroid cycle again, compared to a short acting. The short acting would effect your receptors and balls more rapidly than the long acting right? With this said, for me it seems like stepping on a long acting cycle would be more "safe" than stepping on a short acting(this is if you just finished a cycle and are about to step on a new one in week 6.), or?
