If above is rule of thumb, how does that relate to pct time. If 10 weeks on and 2 weeks off followed by 2 to 3 more weeks of pct, should you wait 10 weeks or 15 weeks after the aas cycle or after the full pct time too? thx

{time on + pct} for total time off is the rule of thumb so 15 weeks. Don't forget that during that gap between last shot and pct you are still on as the esters disipate.
