How much time from an all oral cycle until my buddy can do some sust 250? He was a little pin scared so he did an anadrol and anavar/ winny cycle. Now he wants to do a sust 250 for 8-10 weeks with nolva. How much time off from the first cycle does he need before he can start the sust.

If your 150lbs after a cycle you need to check your diet before you do anything else.

Tell your friend he'll probably get flamed for doing an oral-only cycle. What were his results? How long did he run this cycle for?

A-bombs are heavy-duty stuff, especially for a first-time cycle... anavar and winny will wreck your cholesterol/lipids, joints.... just not a smart cycle all around... hope he took some liver precautions while on this cycle.

Did he do PCT? If so, what does it consist of?

To answer your question, I would use Time on + PCT = Time off as a guide.
