Time off ?

Do you count taking PCT as part of cycle or time off? Im trying to plan my next few cycles around a trip I'm taking in April. I just got off at the end of Aug. Then want to run a 8 weeker in December. Then a long cutter from April to July. IS this to much? I norm only do 1 or two cycles a year

time on + PCT = time off.

ive jumped right back into it immediatley after PCT.......your body, your choice.....btw, ill never do that again though....2 months is plenty time off assuming your cycle wasnt over 3 months....this is just my opinion though....good luck

I think it depends on the person. Most say time on equals time off, but I would go get blood work done when you think you might be ready and go from there.
