how many follow the time on time off "rule"? i'll be done mid oct. if i follow that rule i should wait until mid feb. by the time this cycle is over i'll be close to the best shape i've been in. i want to just wait until mid nov and do a light cycle of just EQ and anavar w/ clen for 10 weeks but that's kinda short for a layoff period. i'm planning a nasty spring/summer cycle of GH, sus, tren ( only 7 weeks), then switch to EQ, ananvar, clen, nolva and t3. do u guys who compete seriously ever come off?
