Thanks for reminding me ya bastard....man did that suck! I lost out on that big time. You would think that I finally got smart. Maybe lifting weights for so long has made me stoopid.
I would do it that way if i was training for a show or way over my genetic potential. To be safer I normally do time off =1.5x time on or 2x time on...and that way you save a lot more money too.
