Time off before cycle or not?

Hey all just wanted some input. I plan on starting a 13 week test e/eq cycle this coming Monday. Body feels good except for a slight bicep strain. Last time I took off was at the end of July for a week due to being out of town.

Like I said the strain is very minor and I can still lift but with a little bit of pain/irritation. What do you all think? Go ahead and start or recover for a week and then start the week after?

To get the most out of your cycle let it heal. Why take a chance on making it worse?
You must spread some Karma around before giving it to gettnlarge01 again.

You don't want to rest during a cycle unless you feel an injury coming on, so rest before or just do some very light work outs, less sets/weight.

Shit that's the answer I did not wanna hear as I am very excited about starting the cycle. On the other hand, I do wanna be 100% when I start.

I guess I'll take this week off or do light weights and then start it next week if all is well. Thanks!!

iHulk had an MRI done on his shoulder in early June and just as expected there was a rotator cuff tendon tear and a bone growth causing discomfort and a locking/unlocking when turing my forearm. Went with the cycle anyway and all the pain and lock/unlokcing ("windshield wiper effect") went away while on cycle. The juice helped me big time. Avoided surgery and was able to do shoulder presses by week 5 with full weight.

Point: the juice can help you heal your body as long as you don't over train

Hey Hulk I was thinking the same thing as in the juice helping to heal. I think I'm just gonna play it safe though.
