Time inbetween cycles

I was on my first cycle from Jan 14th for 8 weeks with Deca 400 and Sus 500, tapering for the last 3 weeks. I took Clomid for 4 weeks following the end of the cycle.
The last dosage was march 4th, am I ready for a new cycle?
What is the general rule for the break time inbetween cycles?
Is it a good dosage to do again?

Should I just stick to the same juice as last time? I didn't notice huge gains, I'm after strength not bulk.

time one = time off.. its the golden rule... remember it
