I read a study once that said that even a single dose of winny will screw up hdl for a couple weeks. I would say that it would take at least two months bro. Winny is the worst roid for messing up hdl so I never have used it. I would get some omega 3 and 6 oils and down a hell of a lot of them(you can get a good combo iol...Udo's oil. Also do at least 30 minutes of cardio every other day......these things really help.
