I've used the recommended dose at 1 3x a day w/meals. The last couple of days I came down to 2x/day for 2 days, then 1 once a day for 3 days, during which period I started my anti E cycle of Chrysin from GNC, at their recommended dosage. I continued my Chrysin cycle for two weeks and have been off of it for a little over 2 now.
I did a cycle of Chrysin because post 1AD cycle your test and estrogen ratios are off. 1AD does not aromatize, but post cycle your test natural test levels are down so I used Chyrsin until they got back up. At the end of the 1AD cycle I cut out most fatty foods and replaced it with protein from tuna which I'm still on. I was up from 161 to around 168, and am currently at 165-166 and dropped 2% BF. My strength is up but by around half of what I gained on 1AD.
My next cycle (in a couple of days) will be two bottles with a pyramid cycle, 1 3x a day, peaking at 1 4x/day and tapering as I did before, but over a longer period of time. My Chrysin cycle will be around 2-3 weeks, and will give at least a couple of months before I think about another cycle, just to strengthen joints and tendons, also will be doing a cutting cycle. However, I will not eat as much as I did last time - keeping my caloric intake to around 2500-3000 instead of 3000-35000.
