I am talking about the ones RIGHT at the border.

I have seen the pharmacies directly across the border open as late as 10-11:00pm. Most stores on Revolucion Ave. close around dusk, a select few are open a bit later. Just keep your eyes open!

I'm not positive on the pharmacies, but the graneros are usually open until 8 PM

Just about all the pharmacies open at ten and will close at ten that night. I have seen some that close early due to a big dog coming in and buying tons of gear. You have to understand that Mexicans are lazy and dirty. Never trust them.
