tightening up skin

i was wondering if anyone knows of any product out there that firms and tightens skin. (lets say lower ab skin) my lowest ab pinch was 10.5. i see guys with 6 mm ab pinches and i am wondering if it's just excess skin that i suffer from and not excess lower ab flab.
