what can i do besides your general stretching for excessively tight hamstrings? the last 2 weeks in a row i have not even been able to finish doing my working sets of squats because my hammies get so inflexible i can hardly ven make i to parallel, and i become unstable...and the weight is definitely not the issue because im having this problem with anything i use from warmup weights to work set weights...my chiropractor told me just to stretch more but i stretch my whole body for 10 minutes before and after every single workout i do and i stretch my hams when i wake up and nothing helps
