tight ass titties...?

I have been training for several years and took off for a couple months this winter. I haved returned to training for the past couple of months hitting the gym about 5 days a week. I train chest only once a week. Lately, my chest is very tight and I have sharp pain in both pecs as though I worked chest the day prior. I drink 1.5 gallons of water per day and sit in the sweat box several times a week. I am 37 years old, 6' tall, 230 lbs and recently shed 10 pounds over the course of the last couple of months. I have done 3 cycles...the last being last summer with proper PCT. I am pretty strict with my diet and getting plenty of protein. Any idea what is going on with my tits...? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

the pain plus the lost weight--have you had bloodwork done--your natty test may be very low

it could mean you are getting old.. get the physical with the blood work done..

+1 -- you may not recovered fully from your last cycle so natty production is down--or something else is up.

i started to notice the longer recovery time around 38 or so---i am sure is was subtle, but i woke up one day and noticed not a kid anymore.

If these scenarios are the case...what can I do to recover?

Well go to the doc and get checked out if your natty test levels are low you can get put on a dose of test for HRT and you will be healing better and faster like you did when you were younger and when you were on your cycles.

+ 2 38.................that was back in 1996 I think.
