Id say he could. He may have pulled more than that from the rack for reps I dont remember. I only focus on what Im doing LOL (self absorbed) and I think I got 225 (255?) cant remember, but for a few reps. Tiger knows.

I do know that he takes short rests between sets. Hes really an endurance athlete, not a powerlifter or even bodybuilder. He looks like a VERY in-shape football player.

though no one will believe me, that was the first time i have ever worn a visor...i was trying to conceal my identity a bit...don't wanna cause trouble @ work.

i did rack pulls 455-495 lbs sets of 8 and did incline dumb bell presses with the biggest dbs they had (only had 100s) tossed them up for 10-12 reps like butter.

you can ask smurfy there is no waiting between sets... nope.. NEXT!
did some other back things too. .

smurfy = booty for dayz (good nice booty)

if i ever again in chicago i will for sure hit her up (call that is ..lumberg has it on lockdown LOL )
