thyroid test result help explain

I pick up today my thyroid test results, doc wasn't in office, so I'm just curious what this number meann? Does anybody understand this please??

Total T4 12,3 ug/dl
T3 U 45 ug/dl
T7{FTI} 5.54ug/dl
TSH 0.025 L uIU/ml

Give the normal ranges listed on the report

This is normal range:

Total T4 12,3 ug/dl Normal Range is 4-12.5
T3 U 45 ug/dl Normal Range is 40-220
T7{FTI} 5.54ug/dl Normal Range is 4-11
TSH 0.025 L uIU/ML Normal Range is 0.4-4.5
