Im 250lb at the moment, was 310 last december, but Ive had to be on a 2000-2500 calorie diet to get there. Now the weight is coming off much harder and the only thing Ive found to keep dropping it is 1500-2000 calories a day. Isn't this WAYYY below what I should have to eat to lose weight?
Im wondering if I should get my thyroid checked to see if its a problem with my metabolism, I also feel tired and unmotivated almost every day at work even with 10 hours of sleep.
