Taking T3 ONLY without taking any T4 alongside it?

Also another question....

Is it bad to have low TSH levels? In my last blood work my TSH levels came out loooooowwww. 0.350 and the range said it had to be between 1.00 - 4.50

But my T3 was pretty good. And Reverse T3 was low as well which I'm sure is a good thing

I do not know much about TSH, but test mine and it was .9 range is .4~ 5.0
and havent done this before cycle.. and havent test before cycle so no idea how much is my ideal

but i suffer from little bit tremors.

if your TSH is low and your T4 is high you have hyperthyroidism (makes too much)
if your TSH is high and your T4 is low you have hypothy (makes too little)
and if they are both low you also are hypo

a lot of people who are hypo can change their diets and eat a lot more green veggies and they can see a strong improvement in their condition (however most who are hypo aren't willing to do lifestyle changes so they just go on meds forever)

cause you are hyperthyroid. you said your TSH is low so that makes perfect sense.

could be many reasons you are like that.

T3 is far more suppressive than T4.

Did you get checked while on T3? then obviously your TSH will be low because you're adding extra T3.
