Throwing up after training. its killin me!

i eat 2 meals before i train a huge breakfeast and a shake some oatmeal and a little fruit about an hour and a half before i train. almost every day after i train i puke. is this normal or what.
 
No eat a small donut get some glucose but why are you feasting before workouts. Feast After. You'll be digeseting and training a double duty brotha.
 
I feel like that sometimes on leg days.....my suggestion is to take it easy between sets .....pace yourself alittle slower..seems to work for me
 
im off right now, and i do eat small before i train just a shake and some fruit. the breakfeast is 5 or6 hours before i train. i would think it would be digested by then.
 
it only happens me sometimes on legs days, try to eat 2-3 hours before your workout, give your stomach tome to digest
