Throwing deca in @.....

Would deca @200mg/wk for 10 weeks have any benefit if stacked with sust 500mg/wk for first 8 weeks? I have NEVER used deca before.

I have only done 2 cycles of sust only. One @250mg, and one @500mg in the past.

Yes it will make a difference. My first cycle was 200mgs/week of Deca alone and I did well on it.

Out of curiosity, how would 500mg sust + 100mg deca be? Would it be Way worse than 200mg?

Dude, I used 500 mg's of sust and only 100 mg's of deca and had much greater gains than a previous cycle of only the sust at the same dose!
