throwing away gear.......

ok whats up guys well today I was getting rid of my used up gear, i gathered up about 25 amps and got in my car to drive to a dumpster to throw it away. I dont throw my empty gear away at my place. Dont any thing to get my in the end like that. Well anyways I go to Wendy's to pitch it. I put them all in a small old cotteeseg cheese container so no garbage guy will cut himself. I am asking lets say a cop pulls me over or sees me throw away empty amps, can i be charged with some thing even though the amps are empty? thank you for your time

The cop will only arrest you if the amps are broken. As long as he can confiscate them from you for his own personal use, you should be okay.

As long as the AMPs are devoid of any illegal substance you are cool. Wash them out before hand. It isnt illegal to have the ampule... its illegal to have the substance in it.

I put mine in an empty 3 liter coke bottle and then wrap it with duct tape. Just try to not get caught. Empty amps could probably still be used to get a warrant.

You would have to look at wording of local penal law; it is arguable that the vial in and of itself is drug paraphernalia.

Section 220.50 of the NYS Penal Law read as follows:

§ 220.50 Criminally using drug paraphernalia in the second degree.
A person is guilty of criminally using drug paraphernalia in the second degree when he knowingly possesses or sells:

2. Gelatine capsules, glassine envelopes, vials, capsules or any other material suitable for the packaging of individual quantities of narcotic drugs or stimulants under circumstances evincing an intent to use, or under circumstances evincing knowledge that some person intends to use, the same for the purpose of unlawfully manufacturing, packaging or dispensing of any narcotic drug or stimulant; or

Criminally using drug paraphernalia in the second degree is a class A misdemeanor

I think the People would have a problem proving the intent to use where one is obviously discarding the vials in a refuse container.

i get a little paranoid here too. so, i offer what i do-- not as a guideline, just what i do.

i put my used amps in ziploc, wrap it a couple times in newspaper, and wack it with the side of a hammer until it is all crushed. then i put the left-overs in a juice box, etc as suggested with the coke bottles.

my favorite though is to empty the contents of the ziploc into a trash bag with the contents of an old cat litter pan.

lol the cat litter is a good one......the other day i drove to empty out old needles and used up gear....and some fucking cop was behind me, i basically shit myself but he just speeded past me .....fuck i wish it was illegal

I usually just take a big shit in a Ziploc freezer bag, then shove the empty amps in the bag. Not only are the amps hidden, but the cops would get fucked over big-time if they had to go digging through my herpes-filled shit to find a few empty amps.

there is a guy who writes books about anabolics, and i seem to remember somewhere in the book he askes to have people send
him "empty washed out" bottles for pictures... i would assume that if there is no trace of gear then they prob. cant do anything.

If by some unlucky chance you are picked up with amps they will check for residue. The tiniest amount will get you jammed up, but with the lowest of charges for quantity and weight.

Taking them to a dumpster is a little too paranoid don’t you think?
